Healing can feel complicated. We spend years searching for the right therapists, mentors, and guides. We make progress, only to find ourselves circling back to the same place, wondering if we’re starting all over again.
I’m here to bridge the gaps. To walk between worlds and weave together science, psychology, and spirituality so that transformation isn’t just temporary, but lasting and deeply meaningful.

I’m glad you’re here. For a moment, pause. Take a breath. Sink a little deeper into your own presence. Before you get to know me, let’s slow down together.
I’ve spent years in healing; not the cute, Instagram-ready version, but the real kind. The kind that requires devotion, honesty, and showing up again and again when no one is watching. The kind you pursue because you know your life depends on it, because you’re determined to create a life that’s actually worth living.
My path has taken me down many avenues. In my early twenties, I was healing from complex relational and developmental wounds: childhood abandonment and neglect, religious trauma and sexuality, poverty and bullying. My first two decades felt like upfronting my karma.
But I am not my trauma. I am not my wounds. Today my mission is to go deeper into spiritual truth, love, and wisdom, and to uncover the medicine our souls need to become who we came here to be.
This is the same space I now hold for others; a place to heal, to remember, and to step into the life you know you’re meant to live.
Science
I weave in what we now know from neuroscience, somatics, and trauma-informed practice. Healing and transformation aren’t abstract—they’re grounded in how your nervous system, body, and mind work together. This gives us a framework to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and how to create real, lasting change.
Psychology
Our inner world is shaped by the stories we carry, the archetypes we embody, and the survival patterns we’ve learned. Together we explore these layers with compassion and honesty, so you can step out of old patterns and begin living from truth, power, and freedom.
Spirituality
At the heart of my work is a deep connection to God/The Universe/The Creator. Whether through Tarot, Reiki, or Past Life Work, I help you tune into deeper truth and the guidance of Higher Wisdom. These sessions are about remembering who you truly are, and opening to the mystery that’s always been walking beside you.
You’re not here to stay stuck in healing. You’re here to create.
My Podcast
At the crossroads of science, psychology, and spirituality, we explore the wisdom and insights that help you step into who you are and who you came here to be. From my own personal experience growing up gay in the Church, I’ve learned to connect deeper with the voice of God outside the dogma. I search for the truth behind the pulpit, and the transformation within the experience.
Remember, alchemy was never just about turning lead into gold. It was always about turning the raw materials of life into something higher, truer, and more whole. The ancient alchemists knew that transformation is both a science and an art, both precise and mysterious.
