Hi, I’m Matthew

I’m a certified Trauma-Informed Coach and Practitioner, trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Among other tools, I combine approaches to help you untangle overwhelm, reconnect with yourself, and create lasting clarity and confidence — mind, body, and spirit.

  • Grounding & Clarity is a 60 minute session designed to help you pause, stabilize, and make sense of the overwhelm you’re experiencing. We’ll slow down your mind and body, anchor your nervous system, and give you tangible steps to feel more present, capable, and oriented — without having to solve everything all at once.

  • Each session is tailored to you. We meet where you are, not where you think you “should” be. I use a combination of coaching, somatic awareness, and strategic guidance to help you feel anchored and oriented. By the end, you’ll have clarity on your next steps and a sense of relief from the tension and noise that’s been weighing you down.
