The Alchemy of Merlin & Morganna

A Retreat in the Heart of Normandy

October 15–19, 2026, Longny les Villages, Normandie, France

Your Invitation

Something stirs in the old forests of France. Not the kind of magic you perform. The kind you remember.

This October, we gather in a historic castle surrounded by 10 hectares of parkland — where the Perche forest meets the sky, and the veil between worlds feels thin enough to touch. Over four days, we work with the energies of Merlin and Morganna: the Magician and the Sorceress, the alchemist and the mirror, the parts of us that transform and the parts that see the truth we hide from ourselves.

This is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you already are — and discovering what alchemizes when your inner Magician and your inner Morganna stop fighting and start collaborating.

Here’s The Plan

Each guest receives their own alchemical experience. There is no one-size-fits-all container. The work meets you where you are.

What we offer:

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems) — meeting your protectors, managers, and exiles with curiosity rather than force

  • Somatic practice — pausing the mental noise so your body can speak first. Posture, sensation, breath. The body reveals the archetype before the mind names it.

  • Past life regression — exploring what your system carries that isn't from this lifetime

  • Potent rituals — calling in the currents of Merlin and Morganna, not as characters to worship but as energies to embody

  • Spacious integration — a nervous-system-friendly pace. Time to wander the gardens, sit by the fire, let the work land before the next wave rises

  • Healthy, delicious meals — prepared with care, eaten together, nourishing the body that holds the work

The schedule is intentionally loose. We move at the pace of alchemy, not the clock. Mornings hold session work. Afternoons are spacious — rest, explore, journal, walk the land. Evenings bring ritual as the sun goes down.

The Land

The Castle — A historic castle, renovated in 2024, perched at the top of the Robioche Valley with views of century-old trees. Ground floor: hunting room with bar, kitchen/dining, living room, game room (billiards, foosball, board games). First floor: three large en-suite master bedrooms, one large double bedroom, two children's rooms. Second floor: two more children's rooms. Five bathrooms total. Fireplace. Wifi. Parking.

The Park — 10 hectares of private land. Deer in the morning. Silence at night.

The Excursion — On Saturday, we plan to travel to the legendary Brocéliande Forest in Brittany: Merlin's Tomb, the Fountain of Barenton, the Valley of No Return, the Golden Tree, and Château de Comper. We perform ritual on the land where the myth still breathes.

Pickup — 4pm from Chartres train station on October 15. Included.

What Will You Experience & Receive?

We’ll be staying in a beautiful, comfortable setting designed for rest and ease. Everything is arranged so you can relax, settle in, and be cared for — without having to think about the details.

Cozy Lodging & Meals

Through somatic practice, parts work, and ritual, you'll be guided into experiences that are grounded, alive, and unscripted. No performance. No pressure to arrive already healed. Just a field where your system can feel safe enough to play.

Expert Facilitation & Rituals

This is a space where seriousness can soften. There is no rush to become, fix, or prove anything — only an invitation to enjoy the magic of being present, together.

Playful & Relaxed Energy

The Question

If Merlin and Morganna worked together inside you — the Magician who plays with transformation, the Sorceress who sees your hidden truth — what alchemy might happen?

Not the grinding kind. The curious, alive, oh-that's-who-I-am kind.

This Is For You If

You’ve been walking a spiritual path for some time.

You’re drawn to myth, magic, and mystery.

Your practice feels serious, heavy, or disconnected from joy.

You want something real, alive, and quietly powerful.

It is a meeting place for seekers who haven’t lost faith — only their spark.

Your Hosts & Guides

Matthew Mann

The Sovereign Alchemist

Matthew Mann is a PsychoSomatic Spiritual Coach whose work bridges mysticism, psychology, and embodied inner work. Grounded in trauma-informed awareness and nervous-system regulation, his approach emphasizes honesty, presence, and self-relationship as the foundation of a sustainable spiritual path.

Rather than bypassing the human experience, Matthew supports practitioners in integrating spirituality into everyday life — reconnecting with self-trust, sovereignty, and a sense of safety that allows real transformation to take root.

Corey Ragan

Dameos the Magician

Dameos Ragan is a practicing magician and mentor engaged in mysticism and a wide range of magickal traditions since 2016, spanning earth based spirituality and ceremonial magick.

His work emphasizes direct experience, practical application, and self mastery over belief driven or aesthetic spirituality.
