What's Included in Each Program

Each 6-month coaching journey is a deeply personalized experience designed to support your healing, growth, and spiritual evolution. No matter which path you choose—Shadow Work, Spiritual Awakening, or Religious Deconstruction—here’s what’s included:

  • Two 60-minute sessions per month to support your transformation and integration. The sessions are held via Zoom or Google Meets.

  • Message Matthew for reflection, encouragement, or when something big comes up. I make space to fully witness and support your transformation.

  • Journaling prompts, somatic practices, rituals, or readings aligned with your unique path. I pour everything from my experience to support your unique journey.

  • Joining one of my programs gets you 20% off services like tarot, past life regression, Reiki, and custom rituals when you just need a little extra push forward.

  • Depending on your path, you may receive meditations, voice notes, or energetic tools to go deeper. I may also pass on information revealed to me to aid you on your journey.

  • Judgment-free, spiritually grounded coaching that honors your truth, timing, and transformation. No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, I see the Divine within you and invite you forward into higher truth, love, and wisdom.
