I will not fix you or hand you answers. I keep you company through your own process, at the pace your system sets, until the pain and patterns you have carried become the material for change.
Psycho-Spiritual Coaching
I work with people who are tired of negotiating with themselves. The ones who know what they should want but can’t feel what they actually want. The recovering people-pleasers, the spiritually curious, the ones who’ve outgrown their old container but don’t yet trust the new one.
This isn’t therapy. And it isn’t spiritual bypassing. It’s a grounded, relational space where we use whatever doorway gets us to the truth — IFS parts work, somatic awareness, nervous system tracking, and spiritual discernment. Sometimes that means sitting in silence. Sometimes it means naming the pattern you’ve been too ashamed to say out loud.
How it works: eight sessions of up to 90 minutes over three months, moving through four phases: Opening, Truth, Love and Wisdom. Includes meditations, rituals and esoteric practices made for you, plus support between sessions. In person at The Hare & Moon in Twickenham or online by video. We begin with a free 20-minute clarity call to see if the fit is right.

Soul Work
For some people, the mind isn’t the best entry point. The body knows before the story does. The cards see the pattern before you have language for it. Fire holds what you’re ready to release.
These aren’t party tricks or predictive readings. They’re mirrors — held with the same therapeutic presence as my coaching work, but accessed through symbol, ritual, and the unseen.
Soul & Psyche Reading
A first look. Tarot read with a psychologist’s eye, alongside the guidance in your field, to see the way of being you’re living in and what’s ready to change. It isn’t prediction or a neat answer to hold onto. It’s a mirror, held with the same therapeutic presence as my coaching work.
60 minutes · £80. You leave with clarity, a practice to take away and an honest sense of whether to go further. If you book the Alchemical Container within a month, your £80 is credited against it.
The Alchemy Session
The breakthrough work. Ninety minutes of deep work with your psyche, your nervous system and the spirits around you. We use whichever tools the session calls for: past-life regression, parts work, energy work or ritual. You don’t need to choose the method. You only need to arrive ready.
90 minutes · £180. Some people come for one session and leave changed. Others come when something needs to shift now.
